Ⅰ. Registration:
In order to guarantee the interests of Zikko users, users should conduct product registration in Zikko official website www.zikko-store.com within 90 days since the date of purchase, so as to obtain more professional services and supports from Zikko!
 
Ⅱ. Warranty Description:
1. Mobile power products: from the date of purchase, the warranty period of the complete machine is one year, and the electric core is six months; the warranty period of the attached power cable and other accessories is 3 months.
2. Charger products: from the date of purchase, the warranty period of the complete machine is one year; the warranty period of the attached power cable and other accessories is 3 months.
3. Lines / leather / cloth / silica gel / metal products:
A. In case of any natural damage, paint peeling, discoloring and line falling within 7 days from the date of purchase, users may enjoy free replacement services;
B. In case of any natural damage, paint peeling, discoloring and line falling after 7 days and within 3 months from the date of purchase, users may enjoy free maintenance services;
C. After 3 months or more from the date of purchase, users may enjoy paid maintenance services with the cost of parts and maintenance cost paid.
4. Product package and other disposable materials such as casing will not be included in the clauses of service guarantee. Users need to pay corresponding costs for any update.
5. For any man-made damage caused by improper transportation or operation, Zikko will not provide any after-sales service guarantee!
6. Under the condition of meeting the above provisions, you may directly enjoy the corresponding after-sales services at the place where you purchased the product. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided there, please directly complain to local agent Zikko.
 
Note: After the product registration in the official website, the warranty period of the electric core of mobile power products will be automatically extended as one year from the date of purchase.
 
Ⅲ. Warranty Conditions:
1. No free warranty will be provided for any man-made damage of products.
2. For any man-made damage of products, if customers require repair, the company will charge the cost of repair, and the specific charging standards are subject to the quotation of the service center.
3. For product failure occurring beyond the warranty period, the company will provide limited warranty and charge the cost of repair, and the specific 
charging standards are subject to the quotation of the service center.
4. Warranty period calculation: warranty period will be calculated from the invoice date. If users fail to provide the purchase invoice, then the warranty 
period will be calculated from the date of manufacture of the product.
